Hey, I’M VIC.
I started Common Ground Design + Build because I believe where we gather matters.
Some of the most meaningful moments in life happen around a table, on a back porch, in a backyard with friends, or gathered together with family. The spaces around us can create opportunities to slow down, connect, and build relationships.
With a background in architecture and a passion for building with my hands, I wanted to create something that brought those two things together.
Common Ground Design + Build is about creating spaces that bring people together. Thoughtful design, honest materials, and careful craftsmanship come together to make outdoor spaces that feel like a natural part of home—and give people a place to gather.
I'm involved in every project from the first conversation to the final detail. Because to me, building isn't just about what we put in the ground.
It's about what happens there afterward.
